Terms & Conditions

ORDER APPROVAL

Order will be accepted on the basis of physically available inventory.

The www.baked.pk online products are available for domestic use only.

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items per order.

Minimum Order Value

Order Value means the value of the products in your basket when you confirm your order.

Minimum Order Value: Rs. 500

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address specified by Baked.pk or any third party (3P) on the completed order form.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order inside, such as to a specific floor or kitchen, only if:

  • The driver has your permission
  • The driver believes it is safe and practical to do so

We reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance.

Please note that we deliver orders only to specified regions within Lahore as specified by Baked.pk.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail due to circumstances beyond our control.

All items will be delivered at the doorstep (Ground Floor).

Baked.pk Online reserves the right to refuse service from or to any location.

Baked.pk shall not be liable for interruptions or delays due to causes beyond its control including, but not limited to: unavailability, loss of goods in transit, refusal to accept delivery, and force majeure.

Baked.pk reserves the right to cancel any order, subject to availability, confirmations, or any other reason deemed fit by the company.

PRICES AND GST

All prices on the website are exclusive of any tax and will be charged according to applicable law.

If a particular item cannot be supplied due to reasons beyond our control, we will not be liable. We may deliver substitute items unless you request otherwise.

Large quantity orders may be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you order 7 sandwiches and it exhausts stock, the store may choose to deliver fewer.

Baked.pk reserves the right to cancel any order for any issue as deemed appropriate by the company.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At the time of delivery, you are requested to check your order thoroughly. If products are not fresh or up to the mark, you may return them to the rider.

Please note some products have different return limits and exceptions. We do not refund certain items for health and hygiene reasons (Fresh, Custom Made, Frozen products, croissants, coffee, or personalized items).

When you return goods

You may return items immediately to the delivery rider or call +92-304-1112533. Returned items must include tags, labels, and accessories. You must take reasonable care of items while in your possession.

Receiving your refund

If items are handed back to the rider, the return amount will be deducted and the balance will be given in cash.

If returned to a store, you may choose a refund or exchange within 3 days.

For bank refunds, the usual banking period of 14–21 working days applies.

Complaint resolution time: within 5 working days (may vary depending on case).

Baked.pk is not liable for any cash loss in terms of extra payment given to riders.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel or change your order when you receive the confirmation call from our call center, or by calling within 15 minutes of placing the order. Once confirmed, the order will be picked and delivered ASAP.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled via email.

PAYMENT

You can pay using any legal tender at the time of delivery. Payment method can be selected when placing the order at www.baked.pk.

GENERAL

These Product Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved by Pakistani courts.

If any term is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply fully.

Baked.pk follows strict policies for spam, wrong addresses, invalid addresses, etc., and reserves the right to take necessary measures including cancellation without notice.
